DTE invested significantly in their managers’ ability to see the systemic connections in the their complex business. Using a learning-by-doing approach, they explored many aspects of their business including dynamics field service, customer service, billing, and business expansion, among others.

In one multi-day workshop for DTE engaged a team preparing to embark on a large organizational reengineering project. The Collaborative offered hands-on practice with fundamental system dynamics and insights, to be incorporated into the beginning of the process redesign work.
